These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by 3reesixty LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Services Provided

3reesixty LLC provides digital marketing services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Social media marketing and management

  • Search engine optimization (SEO)

  • Paid advertising campaigns

  • Content creation and branding

  • Marketing strategy and consulting

Specific services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in the individual client agreement or statement of work.

2. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to provide services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for our services.

  • Supply any necessary content, approvals, or feedback within agreed timelines.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your business and marketing activities.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services will be outlined in the client agreement or invoice.

  • Payments are due as specified (e.g., upfront, monthly, or per project).

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, strategies, campaigns, and materials created by 3reesixty LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Upon payment in full, you will have a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your business.

  • Our proprietary methods, frameworks, and tools remain the sole property of 3reesixty LLC.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing involves many external factors beyond our control (such as algorithms, consumer behavior, and market conditions). Therefore, 3reesixty LLC does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from its services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3reesixty LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, subject to the terms of the client agreement.

  • In the event of termination, you remain responsible for all fees due for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
