Information and engagements

The site explains our services and current standard scopes. Booking a conversation does not create a client engagement. Work begins only after both parties agree to the scope, responsibilities, fees, timing, and other engagement terms in writing. That agreement governs the work.

Pricing and scope

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, third-party software subscriptions, and work outside the agreed scope are additional unless the engagement agreement says otherwise. The Account Performance Partner package has a three-month initial term and a setup fee with the waiver conditions described on the pricing page. Material scope changes require a separate agreement.

Testimonials and results

Testimonials describe individual experiences from previous work with our founder. They are not a promise of a particular retention, profit, or revenue result. Commercial outcomes depend on the business context, available information, client decisions, and implementation.

Website content

Brand assets, copy, and other original website materials belong to their respective owners. You may read and share links to this site. Reuse of protected materials beyond applicable permissions requires the owner’s consent.

External services

The website links to other sites and uses third-party booking and video services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. Availability of those services is outside our direct control.

Please use the website lawfully, avoid interference with its operation, and do not submit information you are not entitled to share. The site provides general business information; a recommendation for your particular circumstances requires an agreed engagement.
