Senior Media Buyer / Performance Marketer
We are looking for a talented Senior Digital Media Buyer
You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing Ads, and. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
As a Senior Digital Media Buyer, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle Media Buying ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Implementing paid ad campaigns across Google, YouTube and Facebook
Resources are available but you must be willing to learn fast and implement what you learned
Responsibilities
- Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools
- Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
- Build strong brand presence through social media interaction
- Keep up to date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
- Identify advertising needs
- Stay up to date with digital technologies developments
- Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
- Knowledge of 3rd Party Platforms every client comes with their own tech stack. You should have an understanding of how they all play together like landing page builders, CRMs, tracking software, & email automation.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE DIRECT MEDIA BUYING EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager
- Experience with e-commerce marketing and optimization with proven success scaling a brand
- Familiarity with Social Media platforms especially Facebook and Instagram
- Strong desire to enhance knowledge of digital marketing in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluent In English Writing & Reading
- Moderate In English Speech
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a social media manager
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Good copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
